All the engineers are using this application for their activities. The software usage is divided in five levels of user hierarchy mode. At the lower end are the field engineers and at the top end the top management. The data is used to generate following analysis:

• The different activities performed for each workshop or region
• The graphic analysis of type of calls help management take decision accordingly
• The billing is done as per the activities performed
• The expenses are managed using special reports
• The performance of each region, workshop or even an engineer can be judged easily using the analysis.
• Manual or help material can be downloaded to help engineer.
• Job work contracts can be tracked using the application.
• For engineers and workshop operating in countries like Zambia, Afghanistan, Benin etc. where we having weak internet connectivity, offline modules have been developed.

The application is right now in 5th year of operation with constant updation. The application has been tremendously helpful to organization and has been appreciated by one and all. The admin department has been shifted from Delhi to Jordan without effecting the application maintenance which we have doing sitting in Delhi itself.
