The software was initially developed for Intel for generating draw of lots daily. Main challenges and features :
a) The data was enormous to the tune 30-50 K daily.
b) The data used to come from different modes like telecallers, online and mobile messages.
c) The data had to be imported from excel (csv format), text and from different database within the same day.
d) The algorithm used was truly randomized and was checked by quality agencies like.
e) Different products carried different weightage and the probability of draw for the high end products users had to be kept higher.
f) The whole operation had to be precise with daily winners being listed daily on the website.
g) The data analysis was also provided during the draw and afterwards to the concerned authority which sprang many surprises. The same software with some changes was also provided to Philips afterwards.
